Samir Tiblali, one of the strongest and most experienced Algerian and international spearfishing champions, enters the Apnea Passion International Team of athletes.
Samir, born in Ain-Benian, Algeria, on June 5 1972, is a professional spearfisherman and multi medalist Champion. He has been second in the Euro-African Speafishing Championship in 2009, and has been Algerian Champion and four times on the national podium. He has won the Trident de Neptune Championship in Tunisia in 2002 and 2007. Samir has been Algerian National team member 13 times from 1998 to 2019.
