Amedeo Comoglio is one of the strongest Italian freedivers competing in indoor disciplines, confirming his position among the top athletes in the national and international scene.
Born in Moncalieri (Turin) on December 10, 1993, Amedeo achieved outstanding results at the 2025 Italian Apnea Indoor Championships for Categories, where he became Italian Champion in both DYNB (Dynamic with bifins) and DNF (Dynamic no fins). His personal bests highlight his high-level performance: 243 meters in DYNB, 234.5 meters in DYN and 169 meters in DNF.
Beyond his competitive achievements, Amedeo stands out for his professional approach and mindset. He is also a medical resident in anesthesia working in the fields of diving medicine and aesthetic medicine, a background that further strengthens his focus on the body, recovery, and performance.
His interest in independent, transparent and high-level product testing makes him a perfect fit for the Apnea Passion philosophy. For this reason, he has accepted to join the International Apnea Passion Team, strengthening its role as a reference point for unbiased equipment reviews in freediving.
