Michele Tomasi starts collaborating with Apneapassion for Outdoor Freediving and product tests. This is another extraordinary step for Apneapassion in the direction of involving Champions and Professionals in the freediving sector.

Michele Tomasi, current Technical Director of the Italian National Outdoor Apnea Teams, and former member of both the Indoor and Outdoor Italian National freediving teams, among other things Gold medalist at the 2017 world championship in Kas, today start a collaboration with Apneapassion.

First of all, through Apneapassion we will be able to better describe the world and competitions of Outdoor Freediving, something I particularly care about. Furthermore, I really like the idea of having the possibility of using my skills and experience to review freediving products and advise readers in the best possible and absolutely independent way, to direct them toward the equipment best suited to them. ”
During his career, Michele has set numerous world and Italian records in the indoor and outdoor freediving disciplines recognized by CMAS and FIPSAS. In 2017 Tomasi conquered 4 CMAS freediving world records in fresh water: in constant weight with monofin and with fins (CWT), without tools (CNF) and in variable weight without tools.
Michele is a member of the historic ASD of Underwater Activities RANE NERE of Trento.
