Alors, le nouveau <strong>Canova R1 monocoque de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cetmacomposites.it\/it\/\">Cetma Composites<\/a><\/strong> avec le syst\u00e8me Vela vaut-il un tel prix ? Nous devons encore proc\u00e9der \u00e0 des tests approfondis que nous publierons bient\u00f4t, mais nous pouvons d&rsquo;ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9pondre que, compte tenu du <strong>contenu technique et des mat\u00e9riaux de haut niveau <\/strong>utilis\u00e9s, cette arbal\u00e8te est en quelque sorte le <strong>joyau<\/strong> du march\u00e9 et, pour ceux qui peuvent se l&rsquo;offrir, un must have. Il y a \u00e9galement une <strong>\u00e9tude technique tr\u00e8s approfondie des g\u00e9om\u00e9tries et des volumes<\/strong> visant \u00e0 \u00e9quilibrer les charges, \u00e0 obtenir une position parfaitement neutre dans l&rsquo;eau, \u00e0 maximiser la rigidit\u00e9 en flexion et \u00e0 minimiser le recul. Le processus de fabrication totalement innovant, d\u00e9couvert et \u00e9tudi\u00e9 par <strong>CETMA COMPOSITES<\/strong>, est appel\u00e9 <strong>Zero-Defects Technology<\/strong>. Il permet de cr\u00e9er une <strong>pi\u00e8ce en fibre de carbone totalement monolithique et sans aucun vide<\/strong>. Ainsi, la surface du f\u00fbt en fibre de carbone impr\u00e9gn\u00e9e avec un <strong>r\u00e9sultat \u00e9tonnamment uniforme et lisse<\/strong>. La <strong>largeur maximale est de 9,6 cm<\/strong>, juste devant la d\u00e9tente, et elle se r\u00e9duit de fa\u00e7on lin\u00e9aire \u00e0 environ <strong>5 cm \u00e0 la t\u00eate<\/strong>. L&rsquo;<strong>\u00e9paisseur verticale<\/strong> du f\u00fbt passe de <strong>1,8 cm \u00e0 seulement 2,3 cm au maximum<\/strong>, ce qui signifie une tr\u00e8s faible surface de la section lat\u00e9rale.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-internal-structure\"><strong>Structure interne<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La <strong>structure interne est constitu\u00e9e d&rsquo;un mat\u00e9riau polym\u00e8re multifonctionnel \u00e0 tr\u00e8s faible densit\u00e9 et aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s structurelles utilis\u00e9es pour les applications a\u00e9rospatiales<\/strong>. Elle se compose d&rsquo;un noyau polym\u00e8re \u00e0 cellules ferm\u00e9es dot\u00e9 de <strong>capacit\u00e9s d&rsquo;amortissement des vibrations<\/strong>. Cette solution permet d&rsquo;obtenir une structure tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8re, mais qui n&rsquo;est pas vide.  Cela signifie qu&rsquo;en cas de perforation du f\u00fbt, qu&rsquo;elle soit due \u00e0 une forte collision ou \u00e0 une mauvaise action des p\u00eacheurs sous-marins sur l&rsquo;arbalete, <strong>aucune eau ne viendra inonder la structure<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hosting-the-vela-propulsion-system\"><strong>Syst\u00e8me de propulsion Vela<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La partie inf\u00e9rieure du f\u00fbt monocoque, juste devant la d\u00e9tente, est plate avec une zone plus fine o\u00f9 <strong>sont positionn\u00e9s<\/strong> les sandows. La zone o\u00f9 le moulinet est connect\u00e9 plus un nerf central entre les sandows est plus \u00e9paisse de quelques millim\u00e8tres. Cela permet d&rsquo;accueillir parfaitement les <strong>3 paires, et jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 4, de sandows du syst\u00e8me Vela<\/strong>. Ceux-ci sont convenablement espac\u00e9s du f\u00fbt pour faciliter le chargement et \u00e9liminer toute forme de frottement ou de vibration sur le f\u00fbt pendant le tir. Le <strong>positionnement parfaitement parall\u00e8le et plat de deux \u00e0 quatre paires de<\/strong> sandows permet de r\u00e9duire au minimum la surface de la section lat\u00e9rale g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par le f\u00fbt et les sandows, afin d&rsquo;<strong>am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;\u00e9lan lat\u00e9ral<\/strong>.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-propulsion-system\"><strong>Syst\u00e8me de propulsion<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vela-with-up-to-4-pairs-of-rubber-bands\"><strong>Vela avec jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 4 paires de sandows<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le <strong>Canova R1 de Cetma Composites<\/strong> utilise le <strong>syst\u00e8me de propulsion le plus puissant pour les arbal\u00e8tes \u00e0 fronde, le Vela<\/strong>. Ce syst\u00e8me combine une<strong> puissance extr\u00eame avec un recul nul et une pr\u00e9cision \u00e9tonnante <\/strong>. Trois paires ou quatre paires de <strong>sandows Magnum Plus de Cetma Composites<\/strong> sont plac\u00e9es sous le f\u00fbt.  En fonction du type de fl\u00e8che et du diam\u00e8tre de l&rsquo;\u00e9lastique choisi, la capacit\u00e9 et la puissance de p\u00e9n\u00e9tration peuvent \u00eatre modifi\u00e9es. Le facteur d&rsquo;\u00e9tirement recommand\u00e9 pour les \u00e9lastiques est de <strong>310 %<\/strong> au maximum et peut \u00eatre ajust\u00e9 en fonction des besoins individuels. <strong>Ce facteur d&rsquo;\u00e9tirement n&rsquo;est pas extr\u00eame et permet aux sandows de durer dans le temps.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En particulier, celui du centre est de <strong>19,5 mm<\/strong>, tandis que les <strong>deux autres paires sont constitu\u00e9es de sandows de 16,5 mm<\/strong> de diam\u00e8tre, pour un tir qui est d\u00e9clar\u00e9 atteindre <strong>plus de 5 m\u00e8tres de<\/strong> <strong>distance utile<\/strong>. De plus, <strong>une autre paire de<\/strong> sandows de 16,5 mm, la quatri\u00e8me, peut \u00eatre ajout\u00e9e et utilis\u00e9e avec une <strong>fl\u00e8che de 8,5 mm<\/strong>, garantissant une <strong>port\u00e9e du tir allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 7 m\u00e8tres<\/strong>. Le <strong>Canova R1 de Cetma Composites<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour <strong>rendre la phase de chargement extr\u00eamement simple <\/strong>et, pourrions-nous dire, ordonn\u00e9e, et cela est perceptible avant m\u00eame l&rsquo;essai dans l&rsquo;eau, simplement en regardant le design de ce <strong>bijou<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Juste devant la poign\u00e9e de l&rsquo;arbal\u00e8te, <strong>trois \u00e9l\u00e9ments incurv\u00e9s en acier 316L<\/strong> sont mont\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une paire de vis Allen chacun. Le br\u00e9chet de chaque paire de sandows peut \u00eatre facilement accroch\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment pour charger l&rsquo;arbal\u00e8te. De cette mani\u00e8re, les trois, ou quatre, paires de sandows <strong>sont parfaitement positionn\u00e9es en place, parall\u00e8lement l&rsquo;une \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre et au m\u00eame niveau exact pour obtenir une figure tr\u00e8s \u00e9troite<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-reel-to-barrel-connection\"><strong>Connexion entre le f\u00fbt et le moulinet<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour am\u00e9liorer encore la facilit\u00e9 de chargement du <strong>Canova R1 de Cetma Composites<\/strong>, le <strong>moulinet<\/strong>, dans notre cas le <strong>V 90<\/strong>, mais il en va de m\u00eame pour le <strong>V 50<\/strong>, est dot\u00e9 d&rsquo;une connexion sp\u00e9ciale au fut. En effet, un solide <strong>support en acier 316L en forme de C<\/strong> est d&rsquo;un c\u00f4t\u00e9 la base pour les \u00e9l\u00e9ments en acier qui repr\u00e9sentent la connexion pour les triangles, de l&rsquo;autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 c&rsquo;est la base pour le montage du moulinet.
