Bien jou\u00e9<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dessault.com\/en\/\"> H.Dessault<\/a><\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mat\u00e9riaux<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le <strong>chausson H.Dessault 350<\/strong> est fabriqu\u00e9e en <strong>polym\u00e8re TPE 75 ShA<\/strong>, un <strong>\u00e9lastom\u00e8re thermoplastique<\/strong>. Ce mat\u00e9riau pr\u00e9sente des avantages propres aux mat\u00e9riaux caoutchouteux et aux mat\u00e9riaux plastiques. L&rsquo;avantage de l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;\u00e9lastom\u00e8res thermoplastiques est leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 s&rsquo;\u00e9tirer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 une \u00e9longation mod\u00e9r\u00e9e et \u00e0 revenir \u00e0 leur forme quasi initiale, ce qui leur conf\u00e8re une dur\u00e9e de vie plus longue et une meilleure r\u00e9sistance physique que les autres mat\u00e9riaux. Le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.barnwell.co.uk\/shore-a-hardness\/\">code ShA<\/a><\/strong> indique la duret\u00e9 Shore A du caoutchouc thermoplastique, et la valeur <strong>75 <\/strong>correspond \u00e0 une valeur moyenne. La <strong>partie sup\u00e9rieure de le chausson pr\u00e9sente un sandows<\/strong> plus \u00e9pais qui est plus \u00e9troit sur les c\u00f4t\u00e9s, \u00e0 partir de la base des rails lat\u00e9raux, et devient beaucoup plus large sur le cou-de-pied. Il y a <strong>une seule vis \u00e0 t\u00eate cylindrique de taille 4, avec du frein-filet, serr\u00e9e dans un \u00e9crou en laiton autobloquant encastr\u00e9 dans un \u00e9l\u00e9ment en plastique<\/strong>. L&rsquo;insertion de la voilure en polym\u00e8re dans le chausson 350 est <strong>\u00e9tonnamment simple et rapide<\/strong>, tout comme le serrage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Voilures en polym\u00e8re<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mat\u00e9riau<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le mat\u00e9riau des voilures du <strong>H.Dessault HD Maxx<\/strong> a fait l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;une longue \u00e9tude afin de s\u00e9lectionner la meilleure solution possible. Le besoin \u00e9tait d&rsquo;avoir un <strong>mat\u00e9riau alliant la souplesse, un retour \u00e9lastique \u00e9lev\u00e9 et une forte r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la rupture, tout en permettant un design fin pour une solution finale l\u00e9g\u00e8re<\/strong>. Une multitude de polym\u00e8res ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s, test\u00e9s et finalement un compos\u00e9 de duret\u00e9 <strong>moyenne\/molle<\/strong> convenant \u00e0 la fois \u00e0 la <strong>chasse sous-marine et \u00e0 l&rsquo;apn\u00e9e<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisi. Les deux ont <strong>trois fines nervures tout au long de la voilure<\/strong>, une centrale et deux lat\u00e9rales, qui donnent la bonne rigidit\u00e9 \u00e0 la voilure sans en augmenter le poids. Le profil de l&rsquo;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de la voilure est plus d\u00e9taill\u00e9 sur le C4 Umberto Pelizzari, reproduisant la queue d&rsquo;une baleine, mais enfin les deux voilures ont un <strong>profil de forme concave qui aide \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler le glissement lat\u00e9ral pendant le coup de pied.<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Les longerons constituent une diff\u00e9rence majeure<\/strong>, alors que sur le <strong>H.Dessault HD Maxx, ils sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9s en une seule pi\u00e8ce \u00e0 la voilure<\/strong>.
