To wear a wetsuit made with internal open cell neoprene, we must soap it.

Especially if the wetsuit is also smooth externally, and so, much more delicate than the externally lined one, we will need to soap well the internal surface. It is better to avoid using too much soap for many reasons: it may irritate the skin, it would probably go in the sea and pollute, the wetsuit with too much soap may not adhere well to the skin loosing isolation effect and, finally, with too much soap the wetsuit tends to slip, in the phase of loading the speargun. Moreover, in cold periods, the indicated method permits to use little hot water and obtain a warm wetsuit in the dressing phase.
